Unique one-of-a kind jewelry designed from recycled mixed media material. Broken China, Silverware, Resin, etc. Hand sculptured crosses designed from recycled re bar wire.

I am originally from the DFW area, but retired to East Texas, and now live in Detroit. I have always had creativity and a knack to redo things. My sister purchased a vintage brooch created from a broken china plate. After admiring it, I thought ‘I can design these’. I went to some local antique and thrift stores to purchase some pieces of china, and after I cut out my first designs…Viola! Relics Re-Invented was born.

Relics Re-Invented offers a collection of uniquely handcrafted one-of-a-kind jewelry creations, & Crosses designed from broken china, glass, resin, black wire, funky hardware, beads, found objects & elements of the past recycled into beautiful jewelry & works of Art. The roadside treasures are picked up along our journeys on the back roads of America in antique malls, at flea markets, estate sales, & anywhere else we happen to come upon them. All of our designs are created in my own studio, deep in the Heart of East Texas & are not mass produced. So don’t throw out chipped or broken china heirlooms. Let me design a pendant or brooch out of it. I also design silverware jewelry out of antique forks and spoons, and wire sculpture crosses out of recycled wire. I love doing this work as it brings great joy to my customers, who place special orders using their own china, so they can wear an heirloom in memory of a loved one.
