Brian is a painter and gallery owner in Stephenville, Texas, where he has planted roots and enjoys painting the lush surroundings of the Texas hill country. His principle medium is acrylic on canvas, and works at different times in realism, impressionism, and abstract. Stunning photography from the mysterious waters of Caddo Lake. Quietly paddling the channels, Clint continuously seeks to capture the full richness of Caddo’s waters. Each collection of images offers something a bit different to the viewing audience. His black and whites focus on form and texture to convey a sense of closeness while the color images work to capture the essence of the serene vistas and natural inhabitants. His sepia images create a feeling of age yet with a hint of timelessness. Through these images an audience can experience the power of a sunrise over Caddo’s waters or discover a new secret along the narrow channels that wind through its cypress forests. Jack is the featured artist for the Friday night gathering May 21 before the Festival on Saturday. The exhibit will include his series "The Door of New Orleans" and photos from his resent trip to Chile. Jack will also have a booth on the square for the Saturday event. Real time, real life potters. From their studio in Sanger, Texas Jim and Susan's pottery is created with functionality in mind; dinnerware, chip + dips, teapots, pie plates, baskets and vases, amounting to over a hundred different items. It is made of a durable stoneware/porcelain body, with glazes that do not contain lead or barium and will go in the oven, microwave and dishwasher. Daniel Meyer is the author of the award winning Life Is a Road series of motorcycle adventure books and produces artworks primarily in watercolor and pencil. Go here for examples of his work. Vicki is a professional stain glass and jewelry artist who has attended many juried shows. She does fused glass jewelry, lamps, mosaic crosses, etc... She has also restored many of the older church windows in Clarksville.
