The Clarksville Fine Arts Festival will be held on the Historic Downtown Clarksville Square. Located on US 82 between Paris and Texarkana in scenic northeast Texas, Clarksville is a pleasant drive from anywhere in the region.

There is plenty of free parking, so come see us! (limited on-square parking but available free lots around the square...look for the signs!)
